Akshay Kumar seems to have discovered the formula to deliver Rs 100 crore-plus grossers. The last four films of Bollywood Khiladi have collected more than Rs 100 crore each in the domestic market.

In 2016, Akshay Kumar had three releases (Airlift, Housefull 3, Rustom). Each of them has done quite well at the box office. Airlift & Rustom have been critically acclaimed as well.

At the beginning of this year, the drama of the Akshay 'Jolly LLB 2' room was premiered. Apart from the critical acclaim, even the box office numbers were overwhelming. On Tuesday, he rolled a Gross of 2.45 crore to bring his total to Rs 100.37 crore in India alone.

'Jolly LLB 2' also stars Huma Qureshi, Annu Kapoor and Saurabh Shukla. It is a sequel to Arshad Warsi starrer 'Jolly LLB' released in 2013.
